With plenary sessions, debates, workshops, networking opportunities, and regional discussions, the Fest provided a dynamic platform to address policy, innovation, and global challenges. The program concluded with a live concert celebrating Black creativity and resilience.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1259\">African Gist on the Francophone Entrepreneurs Panel<\/h4><p data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1410\">Representing African Gist, Cynthia joined the panel on Black Francophone Entrepreneurs and Ecosystem Builders, where she shared insights on:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1788\"><li data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1508\"><p data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1508\">How Francophone entrepreneurs are overcoming systemic challenges to create opportunities,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1594\"><p data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1594\">The role of innovation and digital skills in revolutionizing local economies,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1689\"><p data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1689\">Access to funding and investment for young Black entrepreneurs in Francophone regions,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1788\"><p data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"1788\">The power of entrepreneurship in strengthening communities and driving sustainable growth.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1971\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1971\">This engaging discussion emphasized the potential of African and diaspora youth to transform ideas into impactful businesses through creativity, innovation, and collaboration.<\/p><p data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2197\">The panel also featured Joseph-Olivier Biley (<em data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2050\">WeFly Agri, <\/em>C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire), Thony K.
